Terms & Conditions

1. Printing is managed through the Lightspeed Retail Administration panel and not via the Retail POS Application (Lightspeed Retail iPad app).
2. Custom Print Templates to Lightspeed Retail, can only be setup to print from a 'web page'.
3. AdVision can customize the Content and Layout displayed on the web page you will print from through your web browser.
4. AdVision cannot customize label editor labels. Any custom label work must be done through print templates.
5. We have no control of the print quality of the printout from your printer.
6. Some clients have experienced pixelated printouts when printing from a web page.
7. The Zebra app and Lightspeed Hub app can't be used with custom print templates.
8. The Zebra label printing app in LSR can control the printer's settings to produce a clean print out, but when printing directly from the browser, the settings are outside of those controls.
9. We can not assist in modifying your print settings.
